Overview
Salsa Limón, a local restaurant franchise and food truck in Dallas-Fort Worth, has a Mobile App that currently does not satisfy customer needs. During my Google UX Design Professional Course, I redesigned the Mobile App using UX best practices and methods to drive the highest impact in meal customization and making ordering easier when it comes to their food truck pick ups in particular.
Initial Observations

Final Redesign Outcome
1. Modernized User Interface
Improved the overall brand image of Salsa Limón and ultimately user confidence by rebranding and redesigning the Mobile App with a more modern, professional appearance.
2. Improved Meal Customization
Simple, straight-forward navigation to customize each entree by providing options to add or remove fillings, while also providing the ability to add in special instructions. This allows for easier decision making and ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.
3. Updated Checkout Process
Provided the ability to change the order during check out by either editing or removing a food item entirely. Also, updated the sign in and guest check out process for simplified navigation.
